This offering is for a large early to mid 20th century hand made room size rag rug. This incredible textile measures 8' 2" in width by 10' 8" in length and the condition is excellent. The rug is entirely hand made and tied primarily from cotton and wool cloth, rolled into long 8' 2" lengths and laced together side to side. The ends are bound in a heavy, almost canvas looking binder.
