This offering is for an original hand made cotton skirt. The skirt is nothing short of a work of art having litteraly hundreds, if not thousands, of tiny tiny verticle pleats. The skirt is all hand sewn, including all of the pleats. The fabric is cotton with a tiny black checked pattern, the back is open and simply closes with a pin.
