This very nice little frame is made of wood with a black painted finish. The frame is also fitted with a pressed brass rim on both the inside and outside edges. The frame has had a small split repaired at some point that could doubtless be done much more professionally, however, I tend to like it just as it is. The addition of the brass trim makes the frame quite unusual and it will make handsome addition to any small artwork.
