This offering is for a second large stone folk art carving of a standing human figure. This figure too is quite early also having considerable wear appropriate for the age. The stone is possibly a type of lava rock so the figure may have origins in the southern United States or in the Pacific islands. The surface is excellent with some moss and algea still remaining from their previous residence outdoors.
