This very rare small personalized firkin features a wonderful deep red paint with a woman's name, "Kay", in large bold script on the lid. The firkin dates to the late 19th century and is fairly small, measureing only 6 1/2" in height, not counting the handle. The paint surface is excellent with a great untouched deep patina and typical light wear.
