This cast iron bust of Abe Lincoln dates from the late 19th to early 20th century. The figure measures app. 3½" in overall height and it retains a fair amount of it's original painted finish. With the folky likeness and not quite squared position on the base, I would assume the casting was done by a small town blacksmith or foundry, quite possibly in Illinois where the figure was found.
