This wonderful little chest of drawers is made of pewter with appropriately sized little brass knobs. The chest features a Chipendale design of three drawers with wide over hanging top and bracket style base. The chest is also a still bank with a lift top and the original key is included. Also with the chest is a note from the previous owners that indicates they had purchased it in 1962 at the New Castle Deleware Antique Show.
